The Sparks went on a 10-0 run to begin the fourth quarter to take a 52-50 lead.
Hammon's jumper with 2:21 left gave the Silver Stars a 58-56 advantage and the combo guard nailed a 3-pointer to give her team the lead again with a 1:26 remaining.
