Marion Jones has given up her five medals that she won at the Sydney Olympics, just days after admitting that she used performance-enhancing drugs prior to, during, and after the Olympics.The International Olympic Committee, (IOC), said it would expeditiously to take Jones' medals.  Full story

Marion Jones recently admitted to taking steroids for at least two years including the time when she when numerous medals at the 2000 Olympics, various publications reported on Thursday. According to those sources, Jones allegedly wrote a letter to family and friends in which she admitted taking performance-enhancing drugs-in particular the substance known as "the clear."  Full story

Serena Williams made quick work of qualifier Julia Vakulenko in the second set, beating her opponent 7-5, 6-2 Wednesday to reach the quarterfinal round of the Porsche Grand Prix. Williams was up 4-1 in the first set before Vakulenko started t put up a real fight to get the score to 4-4.  Full story
